SPACE PLANING AND VISUALIZATION
The first step of the process, our designers work with you to define the layout and design of the space. This initial step is an opportunity for us to gather information, brainstorm with you and identify how your space can be designed to be in tune with your lifestyle.
Once the space planning has been completed, we create conceptual boards with images that build a story, identifying shapes, color palettes, and the look and feel of every space in the house, to give you a sense of the finished project. We work closely with you to truly capture the look and feel of your space and what you envision for it.
PROJECT SCOPE AND TIMELINE
After we’ve identified the direction of the design, we shift to the logistic details to create a timeline for the project. By creating a schedule for you, the architect, contractor and all trades involved in the project, we can ensure you are kept in the loop about when you can expect deliverables and project completion so there are no surprises. During this step, we’ll also provide interior design drawings, including plans for furniture, lighting, millwork, construction and any other documents the project might need.
Construction ADMINISTRATION
We stay hands-on during the construction phase to ensure that work is proceeding on schedule and according to plan. Through site visits, meetings and general support, we coordinate regularly with the contractors, making sure quality standards are met and troubleshooting any developments that may arise. From mock-ups to paint swatches, we are dedicated to the details that can truly bring a project to life.
FF&E - Furniture, fixtures and equipment
Bringing your personality to the space is a critical step in the process. During this phase, we collaborate with you on the selection of everything from furniture and fixtures to art, accessories and window treatments. Since we coordinate delivery, storage, installation and staging, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your finished space.
